Gorge and Moonscape explore collaboration on decentralized AI agent infrastructure

Gorge Finance, a Web3 venture backed by Buidler Labs, has entered into a preliminary collaboration with Moonscape Labs, the team behind the Hashgraph Online (HOL) decentralized agent initiative. The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore how their technologies can complement each other as the decentralized AI agent ecosystem continues to expand.
A shared vision for agentic Web3
Both teams see a clear opportunity: AI agents are becoming an essential layer of onchain activity, and the ecosystem needs common standards for how these agents are discovered, interact, and operate across different applications.
Under the MOU, Gorge and Moonscape will explore:
Interoperability between agent ecosystems: Making it easier for agents to be discovered and used across platforms
Lightweight incentive and reputation mechanisms: Support for safe, permissionless experimentation with agentic workflows
This collaboration is an early step toward more open and connected agent infrastructure on Hedera.

Looking ahead
As part of this effort, Moonscape Labs intends to provide visibility for Gorge agents across its ecosystem and to collaborate on common interface patterns that make agent development more accessible. Both teams will also share insights, documentation, and feedback throughout the exploratory phase.
